Description
Metro version of Internet Explorer 11 does not submit form if input tag has no NAME attribute.
(I can reproduce on Windows 8.1 Pro 64bit and Surface RT upgraded to Windows RT 8.1)
Example html here.
This button works:
<form action="result.html" method="post">
<input type="submit" value="submit now 1" name="example">
</form>
This button will NOT work:
<form action="result.html" method="post">
<input type="submit" value="submit now 2">
</form>
This example works correctly on Desktop version of Internet Explorer 11.
Edited:
I can reproduce on both Desktop version and Metro version.

Broken Site
What is the expected behavior? (bug reporting guidelines)
Submit form properly with or without NAME attribute.
Steps to reproduce the problem (include URL if applicable): (bug reporting guidelines)
1. Open example page on Metro version of IE11. url: http://dev.yamac.net/ie11_form_test/test.html
(Or you can copy/paste example html in Description)
2. Click on 'Submit now 1' button.
3. You will see 'Works' text on result page.
4. Go back to test page.
5. Click on 'Submit now 2' button.
6. IE11 loading page... But nothing happens.
One possible fix is to dynamically append an <input type="hidden"> element with both name and value set as the form is submitted. Either do that statically in HTML or using JS - wither work.
correction: It also appear when window.console is left alone.
The issue only happens
if you define a window.console object. If you don't, the issue doesn't
appear.
